
A classic NEIPA featuring a healthy amount of flaked grains (barley, oats, wheat), toasted oats, more wheat (unmalted this time) and Golden Promise malts to tie it all together. The velvety malt base is full-bodied and smooth, while the hops bring the tropical flavors and aromas.
We're featuring Nectaron hops in this recipe and they bring a heady combination of pineapple, peach and passionfruit. We've paired them with El Dorado and Trident hops to really amplify the tropical aromatics.
Stick with a classic NEIPA yeast like British Ale V or Verdant IPA to get the most out of this recipe.
