We’re always trying to highlight under-appreciated ingredients here at the shop while still making something delicious and enjoyable for our homebrewing community. We’ve been playing around with Vista and Pacifica hops to create something more orange/citrus focused. We paired those pleasantly mild hops with New York State Malts. It’s a 50/50 combo of our Erie Canal Pale Ale and our Seneca Soft White Wheat to bring both a richer, more toasted malt flavor along with the creaminess and mouthfeel of a wheat beer. We gave it a touch of sweetness with a hint of Catskill Crystal to tie it all together.
