
An homage to the origin of Lallemand's Philly Sour yeast (discovered in Philadelphia!) - this fruited sour can be customized with any kind of fruit puree you want. We've added a bit of lactose to soften the acidic edges and make this a truly refreshing brew. Enjoy it while you watch someone else do "Charlie Work."
Please Note: Fruit Purees need to be added separately and are not included in the base recipe - it's customizable! If you're making a smaller batch (2.5 or 1 Gallon) consider using frozen fruit at a rate of 1lb/gallon (e.g. 2.5 Gallon batch needs 2.5 pounds of fruit). We recommend that you use Philly Sour with this recipe, but any souring method will work.
