A deceptively easy drinking, light bodied Belgian beer that still packs quite the punch. As with most Belgian styles, this is a fantastic beer for pairing with food.

*This recipe has an OG (Original Gravity) above 1.060. We recommend making a starter or purchasing more than one pack of yeast to ensure a healthy fermentation.
