
A spicy rye pale ale with a great aroma. This partial mash recipe was originally brewed with Rockaway Brewing Company and the Brewminaries homebrew club.
This recipe contains a decent amount of rye malt, which can be a make your mash sllightly less efficient - we highly recommend using Beta Glucanase enzyme for the all-grain version of this beer.
*This recipe has an OG (Original Gravity) above 1.060. We recommend making a starter or purchasing more than one pack of yeast to ensure a healthy fermentation.
