An homage to Brooklyn’s own Aaron Copland (who grew up only a block away from our shop in Brooklyn) this Kentucky Common gets an All-American spin with flaked corn, rye and 6-Row barley malt. This recipe includes a fair amount of rye malt and may benefit from the addition of Beta Glucanase.

Please note that kits do not include yeast. You can select both liquid or dry yeast from the dropdown menu. Dry yeast may be a better choice for summer months if you are shipping long distances.
All kits will ship with milled grains, unless requested otherwise. Please let us know in the notes section of your order if you would prefer your grains to be unmilled.
