The second entry in our NYC Brewery Series comes from our generous friends at Rockaway Brewing Company. They were one of the first breweries to get started in Long Island City and have been pumping out classic styles ever since.
Black Gold is a partial mash, Dry Irish Stout that features a silky smooth blend of roasted and caramel malts with just enough hops to balance it all out. Perfect for a cool winter day, this beer does especially well on nitro if you're so inclined.
*This recipe has an OG (Original Gravity) above 1.060. We recommend making a starter or purchasing more than one pack of yeast to ensure a healthy fermentation.Additional Info
