You can select both liquid or dry yeast from the dropdown menu. Dry yeast may be a better choice for summer months if you are shipping long distances. We highly recommend an ice pack for all liquid yeast shipments.

Grain Milling Information

All kits will ship with milled grains, unless requested otherwise. Please let us know in the notes section of your order (on the checkout page) if you would prefer your grains to be unmilled.

Orders placed within the contiguous United States will ship via UPS Ground. Our beer kits/recipes are built when you order them to maintain quality.

This rich, malty Doppelbock clocks in at a healthy 7.5% and will provide a goat-like kick to the head if you have too many, so enjoy this one in moderation. If you're going for the true lagering experience consider letting this one age for a few months to enjoy in cooler weather.
